Rajkot-based Gandhi Realty to develop logistics park near Ahmedabad
Rajkot-based real estate company Gandhi Realty India Private Limited is planning to develop a logistics park near Ahmedabad.
This logistics park will be spread on about 100 acre land which the company would be one of the largest parks in the state.
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed with state government during Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2013 for development of the logistics park. This park will be completed in next two years and project cost would be around Rs 200 crore.
Work under phase 1 would begin soon. In the first phase it will set up compound wall, do plotting and develop infrastructure including roads and security.
