Godrej Properties announces launch of affordable housing scheme in Godrej Garden City (GGC) Ahmedabad


Godrej Properties Ltd, the real estate arm of Godrej Group, has announced the launch of affordable housing scheme in their township project Godrej Garden City (GGC) in Ahmedabad.

Five new towers each G + 12 tall will offer affordable 1 BHK apartments of 600 sq.ft at price starting from Rs. 16.5 lacs. 

Each tower will be equipped with two lifts and all apartments will be open from two sides with no two flats overlooking each other.

Godrej Garden City is located just off SG Highway in Ahmedabad. Project is within Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation limits and easily accessible.

GPL is creating facilities for public transport, education, health care, hospitality, retail and banking within the development.
